The Big White Van has been out and about around Cockermouth since November and in that time has made contact with some great Young people. We’ve been out rain or snow ensuring that our Young people still get something to do on a Thursday night.
We have a great bunch of regulars that we see every week. Some come into the town from as far out as Great Southern and Broughton Moor. The local PCSO’s even pop down to say hello.
Stacey Spencer on of our Youth support workers has been working with the group on values and self image developing confidence and awareness of themselves and others. The group are due to take part in the Heart Start Training at the local fire station to gain their first aid qualifications.
